These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website nexextend.com and the products offered by Matig s.r.o. ("NexExtend", "we", "us"). By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Licences
NexExtend sells Joomla extensions and components ("Products"). Each Product is licensed under the terms of its individual licence agreement:
- The core code is distributed under the GNU General Public Licence v2 or later (GPL).
- Commercial features and services are licensed under a Restricted Site Agreement (RSA), which grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for use on a single website per purchased licence.
A licence is valid for the domain specified at the time of purchase. Use on additional domains requires a separate licence.
3. Purchases and Payments
- All prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Payment is processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store card details.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a licence key and download access by email.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once a licence key has been issued and the product downloaded. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases where the product does not function as described and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable time. You may use the Products to build and operate websites for yourself or your clients, subject to the licence terms. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell or sublicence the Products without written permission.
- Remove or alter copyright notices or licence headers in the source code.
- Use the Products in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on nexextend.com — including text, graphics, logos and documentation — is the property of Matig s.r.o. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The NexExtend name and logo are trademarks of Matig s.r.o.
7. Support and Updates
Support and updates are provided for the duration specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update Products at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain backward compatibility with supported Joomla versions.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Products will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the Products is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Matig s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our Products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bratislava, Slovakia. Consumers within the EU retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
